Hesper Capital is an Alternative Investment Fund Management company authorised under the AIFM Law, section 6(5), and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission with license number AIFM 50/56/2013.

TEAM
COSTAS DEMETRIADES
DIRECTOR
Costas is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK. His professional experience includes Investment Management, Family Advisory and Risk Management.
Costas has worked for many international firms, including Barclays Plc, BNP Paribas S.A. and CNP Assurances S.A., and advised institutional, corporate and high net worth clients on a variety of challenges.
Costas' experience spans across different disciplines which empowers him to identify, quantify and manage risks and opportunities.
Prior to Hesper Capital Ltd, Costas successfully established an accounting and audit firm, a consulting firm in estate planning and an insurance brokerage firm.
COSTAS PARTASIDES
DIRECTOR
Costas studied at the University College London where he obtained a BSc in Economics. Subsequently he obtained an MSc in Shipping Trade and Finance from City University Business School of London. He is a member of ICPAC and holds the International Directors Banking Programme Certificate from INSEAD.
With the completion of his studies he joined the Credit Management department of Alpha Bank Cyprus Ltd before returning to London to work at the audit firm Moore Stephens Chartered Accountants for three years. He qualified as an associate chartered accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and since 2013 he holds the designate of Fellow Chartered Accountant.
In 2002 he returned to Cyprus where he assumed the position of Financial Controller of Galatariotis Brothers Ltd and its subsidiaries, a position which he holds until today.
Costas sits on the board of Astrobank (Cyprus) Ltd since November 2017.
ANASTASIA ANASTASSIADES
DIRECTOR
Anastasias is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK. Her professional experience includes Investment Advisory, Asset Liability Modelling and Risk Management.
In parallel with her duties at Hesper Capital Ltd, Anastasia is an Associate Partner at AON Plc, Cyprus. Anastasia is heading up the investment advisory division which assists pension and provident funds with their long term investment strategy.
Anastasia was a member of the board of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission for the period 2016-2021.
NIKOLAS DEMETRIADES
DIRECTOR
Nikolas Demetriades holds a BSc. in Business Administration from City University in London and he is a CFA charterholder.
Prior to joining Hesper Capital Ltd, Nikolas was running an advisory company providing services to licensed firms in the fields of compliance, regulatory risk reporting and internal audit.
Prior to his advisory work, Nikolas was heading up the compliance department of XM.
As an expert in his field, Nikolas regularly teaches various subjects at Global Training, of the University of Nicosia.
RAAZIA GANIE
DIRECTOR
Raazia holds a B Comm. from the University of Cape Town and is a CFA Charterholder. She is a member of the board of the CFA Society South Africa.
Raazia is the Head of Investments at NMG Benefits in South Africa since February 2021. Prior to NMG, Raazia was a Principal Investment Consultant at Alexander Forbes.
Prior to her moving to South Africa, Raazia worked as an Investment Consultant with different international organisations in the UK.
